Caroline Radford Wilson

I am a senior at Vanderbilt University, majoring in Economics with a minor in Business, with a strong foundation in finance, data analytics, and cybersecurity. This background has shaped my analytical mindset and ability to assess risk, optimize financial processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.

I am currently an Incoming Internal Audit Analyst at Marsh McLennan, where I previously interned in Global Finance. My experience includes financial analysis, internal controls, and risk management, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools. I have also earned my Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification, reinforcing my understanding of risk and compliance in the digital age.

At Vanderbilt, I work as a Teaching Assistant for Economic Statistics and have been involved in Women in Business, Vanderbilt Blockchain, and The Women’s Network. I am passionate about the intersection of finance, risk, and technology and look forward to applying my skills to create meaningful impact in the industry.
